Our designer
Alessandra Tezanos is the founder and CEO of Azzurrata Jewelry since January 2017.
She grew up with the desire to create the jewelry she felt most comfortable wearing. Her fascination with elegance, versatility, and simplicity developed from watching her Italian grandmother wear her jewelry with such delicacy. She trained in jewelry design at Chavón, FundArte, and through private workshops, and holds a degree in Business Administration. Currently, she produces her pieces by hand alongside local artisans in a workshop located in Santo Domingo's Colonial Zone.

Handmade in the Dominican Republic.
100% carefully handcrafted with delicate and sophisticated details. Our fine jewelry pieces are made in 18k micron plated gold and 950 sterling silver for a superior touch and quality.
The Azzurrata team is complemented by excellent jewelers, who bring to life every story behind the designs and demonstrate the love behind the hands that created the pieces.
