SHIPPING POLICY

Your Azzurrata Jewelry pieces are carefully made and shipped from the Dominican Republic, Santo Domingo. Ordes will be shipped when availability. Note that each product has a description with the estimated shipping date, also customers can contact us via our online WhatsApp Business contact number +1 (849) 848 4074, so they can let you know of availability.

 

For National/Local shipping (Dominican Republic): Azzurrata Jewelry does not ship to business addresses, only to residence addresses. We don’t ship in weekends, unless it’s approved by our customer service team. At the labor hours, our customer service will contact you first before shipping. 

 

For international shipping (USA, Europe, others): Azzurrata Jewelry will send the pieces as soon as they are available. We absolutely don’t ship to P.O. boxes.

 

We have options for international shipping: 

We can ship by Express Mail Service (EMS) in INPOSDOM, you will received it by 7 to 10 office days, with a cost of US$54

We can ship by DHL, Fedex, or UPS. It will have additional charge for your total invoice. Our customer service will let you know before shipping.

RETURN & EXCHANGE POLICY

At Azzurrata Jewelry we hope for our AZBABES & AZGENTS be delighted with their pieces.

 

Purchased pieces online may be refunded to the original payment method within the first 30 days, if accompanied by their original invoice and packaging.

 

We only accept refund if the package got lost in the way. 

 

Unfortunately, at Azzurrata Jewelry we are unable to process an exchange for our online orders in our boutique at this time.
